This Privacy Policy explains how Rafia, trading as Faorms (“Faorms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit https://faorms.website/, contact us, comment, or interact with advertising and other services on the site.
Controller and contact details
The data controller is Rafia, an individual, based in Pakistan. Postal correspondence can be requested via hello@faorms.website. Privacy enquiries and rights requests may be sent to hello@faorms.website. No representative or data protection officer has been appointed.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you use the contact form, you provide a name, email address, optional subject and message. If comments are enabled, we may receive the comment, name, email, optional website, IP address and browser information used for moderation and spam prevention.
- Technical and usage information. Our hosting, security, analytics and advertising providers may process IP address, device/browser type, operating system, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, language, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, ad identifiers and interaction events.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons and similar identifiers may be used for essential operation, security, preferences, measurement and advertising. Non-essential technologies are controlled through the consent choices described below where required.
How and why we use information
- To receive, secure and respond to messages you send us.
- To operate, protect, debug and prevent abuse of the site.
- To understand aggregate readership and improve content, where analytics is enabled.
- To display, measure and prevent fraud in advertising, subject to consent and regional settings.
- To comply with law, enforce terms and protect legal rights.
For people in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the legal basis is consent for non-essential analytics, personalized advertising and storage/access that requires consent; legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention and service improvement; steps requested before replying to an enquiry; and legal obligation where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Google AdSense and third-party advertising
We use Google AdSense, a service provided by Google, to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers as a result of ad serving. Google advertising cookies may be associated with doubleclick.net or Google domains. Older privacy notices often call DoubleClick advertising identifiers “DART cookies.” These technologies may allow Google and its partners to serve, limit, personalize, measure and protect ads based on visits to this site and other sites, depending on your region, consent and account settings.
Learn how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Our consent interface lists cookie categories (Necessary, Preferences, Analytics, Advertising). A vendor list with purposes and privacy links will appear once a TCF-integrated consent platform is connected.
Consent management and privacy choices
We use CookieYes to request and record choices for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) integration is pending — TCF is available through CookieYes Pro (a paid plan) or through Google Funding Choices once an AdSense account exists. Until then, no personalised advertising is served to visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Until consent is obtained, we block non-essential storage/access and configure advertising according to the available lawful non-personalized or limited-ad options. A persistent Privacy choices link in the footer lets you reopen the panel, withdraw consent or change choices.
In US states that provide opt-out rights for targeted advertising, sale or sharing, use the Privacy choices / Do not sell or share my personal information link or email us. We honor legally required browser-based opt-out preference signals where applicable. The consent platform is CookieYes (consent banner; TCF integration pending). Google Restricted Data Processing will be enabled for applicable ad requests once advertising is served.
Cookie categories
- Strictly necessary: site delivery, security, load balancing, spam prevention and form operation. These cannot be disabled through the preference panel where they are necessary to provide the service.
- Preferences: optional settings that remember choices.
- Analytics: none — Faorms does not currently use an analytics provider.
- Advertising: Google and approved ad-technology providers use identifiers to deliver, cap, measure, protect and, with consent where required, personalize ads.
The live CMP/vendor list is the authoritative current list because vendors and cookie names can change. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser, although essential features may then work differently.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as needed to providers that host, secure, deliver, analyse or monetize the site; to professional advisers; in a business transfer; or when required by law. Current providers include Hostinger for hosting/CDN (Hostinger International Ltd.), WPForms for the contact form, with messages delivered through the site’s WordPress mail function via the hosting provider, no analytics provider, Google AdSense, and the vendors shown by the CMP. We do not disclose contact-form content to advertisers for ad personalization.
International transfers
Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful mechanism. Provider privacy notices describe their transfer arrangements.
Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for 12 months from the date of the last message, to handle follow-up and keep a record of correspondence; security/server logs for up to 30 days, for security and debugging; consent records for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance, and for no longer than 12 months after the consent was given or withdrawn; comment records for as long as the comment remains published; they are deleted when the comment is removed. Advertising and analytics providers set their own retention periods. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations and backup cycles.
Your rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising/sale/sharing; and complain to a supervisory authority. Email hello@faorms.website with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. You may appeal a denied request where local law provides that right.
Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
Faorms is a general-audience publication and is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law applies. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information for advertising. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.
External and embedded content
Links and embedded media may allow third parties to collect information as if you visited their service directly. Their policies, not this Policy, govern their independent processing.
Changes to this Policy
We will post changes here and update the date above. If a change materially affects consent-based processing, we will request a new choice where required. A privacy policy is a notice; do not rely on “continued use means acceptance” as a substitute for legally required consent.
